Klaas graduated cum laude with a Master’s degree in Econometrics & Operations Research from Maastricht University, specialising in Quantitative Finance & Actuarial Sciences.

During his bachelor’s degree in the same subject, he undertook a minor in International Economics & Business at the University of Innsbruck.

At NexyZ, Klaas is involved in the preparation and execution of M&A transactions. His work includes financial and operational analyses, market and sector research, identifying potential buyers and drafting transaction documentation.

During his studies, Klaas was also active at the student consultancy firm UniPartners Maastricht and the student organisation AIESEC Maastricht, where he gained experience in consultancy projects, market research, international collaborations and corporate relations.
