Rein started his career as a programmer, analyst, designer and project manager. From there he grew into commercial management positions within the IT industry. He was active for a long time as director/executive at both national and international levels.

In these positions he gained a lot of experience in change management, acquisitions and integration and the development and implementation of go-to-market strategies.
